The VT7200F5031 is a PIR zone thermostat with 0-10V outputs and two analog outputs. It operates on 19-30 Vac, 50/60 Hz, consuming 2 VA Class 2 power, and features a local 10K NTC thermistor for accurate temperature sensing. The thermostat includes a backlit LCD display, dedicated function menu keys, and an SPST auxiliary switch for controlling lighting or auxiliary reheat. This replaces part number T926D-F Unistat.
The zone thermostat is designed for zoning applications, including local hydronic reheat valve control and pressure-dependent VAV systems with or without local reheat. Its PI proportional control algorithm ensures precise temperature regulation, reducing temperature offset common in differential-based thermostats. Three additional inputs provide enhanced monitoring and advanced functionality for easy system control.
The VT7200F5031 is easy to install with a standard cover that is PIR-ready. It has UL, CSA, FCC, CE, and C-Tick certifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Its operating conditions range from 0°C to 50°C (32°F to 122°F) with 0% to 95% R.H. non-condensing, making it suitable for commercial applications.
