The Danfoss 027X0168 is ICAD 1200 motor actuator with 9.8-foot cables. This device operates at 24VDC and has a -30 to 50°C (-22 to 122°F) temperature range. UL recognized.
The ICAD features three programming keys, seven segment LCD, password protection, and fail-safe operation. If power fails, the fail-safe can be selected to stay in the same position, go to a specific valve opening degree, or open/close ICM.
The motor actuator has advanced and high-speed digital stepper motor technology. This component is controlled via a modulating analog signal or a digital on-or-off signal which makes the device easy to configure for different applications.
The 027X0168 is a direct replacement for model number 027H1201. Suitable for use with ICM 40, 50, 65, 100, 125, and 150 motor-operated valves. It is designed for industrial refrigeration installations.
Note: When the actuator is about to be replaced, the cables that came with it must also be replaced.
