The AM101-UPEX-1LF is a mixing valve that has a 3/4" Union PEX connection size. It has a 70 to 145°F operating temperature range, 3.9 Cv flow capacity, 1.9 lpm minimum flow rate, and 150 psi (1034 kPa) maximum pressure. ASSE, CSA, and IAPMO listed.

The mixing valve provides accurate adjustment and limits hot water temperature to the set heat setting. It allows additional hot water to be available in a safe and easy operation. The unit can be adjusted by loosening the screw and turning the hand wheel to the desired setpoint.
