The 51W11 is a flush-mount vent termination kit that consists of a flush-mount termination, 1-1/2” accelerator, template, #10 x 2-1/2” Screws (4), and anchors (4).
The flush mount vent kit is suitable for gas furnace applications. The kit is used to separate the intake and the exhaust lines when they exit the structure wall.
The kit is easy to install and fits into 2", 2-/12", and 3" vent pipes.
I have a question regarding flush-mount termination kit 51W11.
Could this kit be installed horizontally through exterior wall.
i am working on HVAC design for multi story apartment building in NJ.

Unfortunately it is impossible to know all the details of your installation to advise on whether or not this kit could be mounted as you desire. The only parameters known for this kit are obviously it is designed to be mounted flush. There is no design spec for horizontal or vertical mounting so that should not be an issue, however we would recommend you consult with a local Lennox technician to advise you directly about installation and functionality questions. This unit does usually ship from stock and can generally ship the same day if ordered by 4pm EST.
