The Honeywell Resideo is a temperature sensor that has a 10-foot (3-meter) cable and a -94°F to 248°F operating temperature range. It has an accurate thermistor sensor element that allows high-temperature protection during the heat pump defrost cycle.

The temperature sensor is suitable for Aube thermostats and controller applications. The unit's function is to measure the temperature inside the air chamber or air duct with a probe that works for up to 50 feet from the thermostat or controller.

The AC146-410 is easy to install by drilling a 19 mm hole to insert the sensor and using #12 self-tapping screws.
