The HYDROSEP-102-U is a hydraulic separator that has a 1" union connection size.  It has an 11 GPM flow rating, 32 to 230°F (0 to 110°C) temperature range, and up to 145 psi (10 bar) maximum working pressure.

The magnetic hydraulic separator is used to streamline the piping of boilers for effective flow control between interconnected hydraulic circuits, these separators assist in maintaining the cleanliness of both the boiler and heat emitters.  By accumulating dirt and magnetite in the separator, they enhance heat transfer while simultaneously eliminating air from the system.

The HYDROSEP-102-U is easy to install into heating or cooling systems having a main circulator and two or more secondary circulators.  The HS-VENTUNION air vent union, HS-NPT-102 NPT kit, HS-PRESS-102 press kit, and HS-SWEAT-102 sweat kit accessories are also available.
