Thanks for the feedback.  My name is Ori and I am the founder of Industrial Stores.  We pride ourselves in providing amazing customer support, so on the rare occasion that a review comes through that is not positive, we take it seriously and use it as a point of conversation to improve and grow.  

I looked back at all the notes on your order.  Indeed, this did take some time to resolve.  In fact, longer than typical.  Our team sent several emails to process the warranty and waited for some time for responses along the way, then you were away, and finally, everything was taken care of and the warranty processed.

Pre-covid and before all the supply chain issues, our team would follow up more consistently while waiting for responses.  In this case between emails, while waiting for your responses, our team simply could not keep up and more time slipped by until we got to reaching out again for an update.  I'm sorry for this, and sorry it hurt your experience.  We are just overwhelmed with supply chain slow-downs.  Recently, we made a few steps to improve our process and hope to avoid such issues in the future, 

I am told that yesterday the replacement unit was shipped out by Old Dominion. 

Again, I am so sorry this happened.  It is rare, but sometimes things do take longer.  Our team works so hard, and I hope you will give us a chance to earn your trust again in the future.
