Victoria, we regret that you are no longer going to shop with us at Industrial Stores. After reviewing the notes on your account, I do notice that the initial order you placed was for the wrong part. You ordered the
FLR6457 and that is what was shipped to you. This wasn't an error on our part. In cases where a wrong product has been shipped through our error, we always pay to have the product shipped back to us, and issue a full refund.
In your particular case when you contacted us that you had ordered the wrong part, and now had the correct part number
FLR6456 we processed that order for you, and generated a Return process for you. It also appears as though we waived the normal restocking charge which is 25%, plus gave you an additional 11% off the new order even though that product was already discounted 20% as an On Sale Special product. (Normally discounts are not able to be compounded).
So I do honestly appreciate that you believe your shipping costs were too much, and unfortunately your order was below the Free Shipping promotion threshold. However, considering that we waived the restock fee (which would have been $66.99), and gave you a 31% discount on the second order (an additional $83.07, for a total of $150.06) more than compensated for any shipping charges that you incurred.
I apologize if our team did not adequately express all of these issues with you in the moment, but from the examination of the records and notes available, I do see that we did try our best to extend to you as much as we could regarding the error you made on the original order and the follow up order.
We would only ask that you consider these factors and hope that you'll give us a chance to serve you again in the future, and we trust the second order you received met with your satisfaction.
