The Trane MOT18682 is a single-phase condenser fan permanent split capacitor motor rated at 1/12 HP, designed for 200 - 230 VAC operation and running at approximately 825 RPM.  It features a Totally Enclosed Air-Over enclosure and a NEMA 48Y frame, providing dependable protection and cooling.  The motor includes a 0.5" shaft diameter and is built for continuous, low-speed operation in HVAC applications.  The unit is CSA-certified and UL-recognized.

This motor operates at a single speed with counterclockwise lead-end rotation and uses a 5 MFD run capacitor for stable startup and performance.  The integrated thermal protector safeguards the motor against overheating, helping extend service life and ensure reliable operation in fan and blower assemblies.
