Watts Series BD-QT Quarter-Turn Boiler Drains

Series BD-QT quarter-turn boiler drains offer an innovative alternative to old-fashion multi-turn type boiler drains. These drains were developed to provide the speed and convenience of quarter-turn ball valve performance for boiler drain or sill cock applications. For added utility, the 1⁄2" model features a dual-pattern combination threaded and solder end by 3⁄4" hose connection. The 3⁄4" model is available in either solder or threaded ends.

This 0820955 1/2 inch angle pattern quarter turn forged brass boiler drain shutoff is designed for water service use in commercial and residential hydronic heating systems. It provides positive shutoff for boiler drain or sill cock applications. This shutoff consists of a forged brass body construction with dual connection for either threaded and solder and 3/4 inch hose thread connection, Teflon stem packing, and rugged aluminum tee handle. The maximum pressure is 200 PSI (14 BAR) WOG and maximum temperature is 180 degrees F (82 degrees C).
