Watts Series LF3100 Dielectric Flanged Pipe Fittings

LF3100M3 dielectric unions feature an iron pipe thread by copper solder joint. These fittings are designed to be installed between pipe made from dissimilar metals to prevent accelerated corrosion and deterioration in the piping system due to galvanic and stray current. The LF3100M3 features Lead Free* construction to comply with Lead Free* installation requirements.

This 0821747 2 1/2 inch lead free dielectric flange pipe fitting is designed for commercial and residential applications such as the connections of piping of dissimilar metals on a hot water storage tank, water and air conditioners, processing tanks, steam, gas, and water piping to prevent accelerated corrosion and deterioration in the piping system due to galvanic and stray current. It is suitable for water, air, oil, natural gas, propane, gasoline, kerosene, mineral oil, vegetable oil, and alkaline. It consists of an iron pipe thread to copper solder joint flange tailpiece with an EPDM gasket and hardware. The maximum temperature is rated up to 300 degrees F (149 degrees C). The maximum pressure is rated at 50 psi (3.4 bar). It meets ASSE 1079 specification.
