Weil McLain 512-050-230 Rollout Thermal Fuse Element is a non-resettable boiler safety replacement part designed to detect abnormal high-temperature conditions near the burner.
Rated for a 228°C / 442°F opening temperature, this compact Elmwood-style sensor assembly mounts in the combustion area and helps interrupt operation when unsafe heat is detected. After activation, the fuse must be replaced to restore proper safety monitoring.
Commonly used with Weil-McLain CGa Series 2, CGI, CGs, EG, HE, VE, VHE, and PFG series boilers, this rollout thermal fuse element supports reliable HVAC service, safe boiler operation, and accurate replacement part matching.
