3.0 Purchase of Yord Motor

It was a great process. Very smooth and simple. We're not set up under terms with Burner Ignition Modules, so we purchased through CC. No problems with that. Even customer service was friendly and helpful. We ordered twice - the first time was a hot rush and they were very receptive to our needs. 5 stars for all of that... I'm putting 3 stars because they can't add a freight collect number to the order. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but when a customer ships UPS NDA Early AM, that can be a hefty bill. It could easily be reduced if a collect number is allowed. Simple fix, but they wouldn't budge to allow it. I'd imagine they add extra cost in to special shipments to offset the free shipping over $275, but that is entirely speculation... I understand freight costs isn't weighted heavily when the customer is in dire need for the parts, but it would save some headaches to add the ability for a collect number.
